1. Simple Kind to Skin Soothing Facial Toner x2
I only started using this product a few months ago and I absolutely love it. I use this product to take off the remainder of my make-up once I remove my make-up with the Simple Kind to Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes. Using the facial toner is an essential step for me as I know a make-up wipe will not take off all the make-up so I take a few cotton pads and pour the facial toner on and wipe it over my face until there is no make-up coming off on to the cotton pads. This extra step has helped me get clear skin. The price of this product is £3.29 which you can usually get for cheaper in the sale in either Boots, Superdrug or any supermarket like Tesco and Sainsburys. Available here
I would 100 % repurchase this product, in fact I have another bottle left! Also, Simple products are very affordable and are great products!
My rating - 7/10
2. Simple Kind to Skin Vital Vitamin Night Cream
I started using this product about 3 months ago and I think it is good. However, I don't think the consistency is thick enough to be a good night cream and I am sure that when I started using the product, I started breaking out. I wasn't sure if I should keep using it but in the end I did and my skin began to get use to the product and the spots disappeared.
Would I repurchase this? Probably not but again, because I am a hoarder, I have another product left to use. I would prefer a night cream which is thicker in consistency as it will keep my skin hydrated throughout the night. I felt that in the morning, all the product had left my face and it was dry so didn't last throughout the night. The price of this product is £5.99 but you can usually get it cheaper in the sale! 3. Vera Wang Princess Perfume
This perfume has lasted me a good few years! The scent is divine. This is a dark, chocolatey, bitter perfume and reminds me of summer which smells beautiful from the time you spray it to hours after wearing it. I always receive compliments from people when I wear it and it lasts a long time. I also love the packaging of this perfume!
I would absolutely repurchase this perfume and of course, I already have another 2 bottles so I have stocked up already! The perfume is so girly, sweet and feminine. One thing I will say though is that it is on the pricey side, about £59.50 for 100ml. Available here

4. L'Oreal Nude Magique Eau De Teint Foundation
I started using this foundation about 8 months ago. This foundation is really watery and feels very light on the skin although you can build up the coverage. I have applied this foundation using my fingers, a brush and a beauty sponge (Real Techniques miracle complexion sponge). My favourite method of applying this foundation was using the beauty sponge as it was quick and easy. I bought the shade golden sand which was quite orange on my skin unfortunately. When buying foundation, I always go for golden shades and usually it is called sand and I had tried this out prior to buying the foundation but I may have been tanned then!
The negatives I have for this product was that because it was so watery, it came out of the bottle really fast so can be quite messy! Another negative is that because I have oily skin and because it is a water based foundation, it made me look really oily so I had to top up on powder or use oil control blotting paper throughout the day.
All in all, it is a good product and it costs £9.99 so it isn't too expensive. It is a perfect foundation for the summer as it is light and has spf 18.
I probably won't be repurchasing this product as it makes me too oily and I don't like to top up on my make-up every hour. Of course, I do already have another product which is unopened but yeah, won't be repurchasing this.
My rating - 6/10 (not a bad product, just doesn't work well with my skin type and the shade was wrong).
5. Ghd Thermal Protector
This product came free with my Ghd hair straighteners. I am not sure what to think of this product really. Does it protect my hair? I think it does as my hairdresser showed me what it would feel like without spraying heat protector spray on my hand and then using a blow-dryer, blow-dried my hand until I couldn't stand the heat anymore which lasted about 3 or 4 seconds. She then sprayed the Ghd thermal protector spray on my hand and blow-dried my hand and this time, I lasted about 6 or 7 seconds before I had to take my hand away from the heat.
However, I have to point out the negatives of this product even if it does protect my hair from the heat. I spray about 6 or 7 times around my hair and blow-dry it. Once my hair is dry, I try and run my hands through it and literally, it is like hair spray has been sprayed all over the hair where the heat protector was sprayed. It is rock hard afterwards so doesn't feel like my hair is clean even though I had just washed it. I can't say I am happy with the result when it makes my hair feel like that. I sort of think that the thermal protector dries out my hair if it does make my hair rock hard.
I will not be repurchasing this product as i think the Tresemme heat protector works better and is a lot cheaper. The price of this product is £9.95 so it is not cheap. Available here

6. Clinique Airbrush Concealer
I love this product! I have been using this concealer for a while now and I think it goes perfectly with my foundations. The shade I get is medium and I would say this concealer is light to medium coverage. It is really easy to use, all you have to do is twist the top of it until the product comes out and apply it under your eyes and anywhere else where you want to conceal. One great thing about this concealer is that it does not give me any lines under my eyes like how a lot of concealers I have used before, especially ones I get on the high-street from Revlon.
I have already repurchased this product and have started using the product already! I will keep repurchasing this product until I find a new favourite! The price is a little expensive at £19.00. Available here

7. Dejavu Lasting Fine Eyeliner (from Hong Kong)
I bought this product from Sasa in Hong Kong and this product is awful. It wasn't exactly cheap so I was expecting good things from this. The product barely even comes out on my eyelids unless I spend about 5 minutes trying to draw lines. It is not pigmented at all and just does not work well around the eye area. If you are drawing a line on your hand, it is fine but not when you try and use it around the eyes. I am very disappointed with this product. I have used Dejavu products before like the pen eyeliners which work really well but the pencil eyeliners are a waste of money. My advice is to avoid this product. The price of this product is around £10.
I will certainly not be repurchasing this product and because I don't go to Hong Kong often, I bought 4 of these so I feel like I have wasted a lot of money!
My rating - 1/10
Interesting post.
