My first gym session in a long time

Today, I had to motivate myself to get myself to exercise. 

My gym session consisted of this:
15min run at 6mph
3x10 squats using a 12kg barbell
2x10 inner bicep curl using 3kg dumbbells in each hand 
2x10 two arms triceps extension using 3kg dumbbells in each hand
1x30sec plank
1x40sec plank
1x50sec plank
1x60sec plank (1min break between each plank)
20 alternating jump lunges using 3kg dumbbells in each hand
5x10 sit ups

Looking forward to tomorrow.... haha
